New content and a smooth appearance are important, but new additions equally so. A website only really starts after it’s launched. A website is never finished; it requires ongoing care. After all, you want to keep selling your products and/or services.

Maintenance

We are ready to answer all your questions, we enjoy thinking along with you, and we enjoy bringing you news flashes that can be of interest to your website and target group. Shared maintenance means that we keep improving your website or internet application for the future, that we will technically optimize your website for search engines, and that we, if necessary, will create additions that keep your visitors interested.

With us you can purchase hours for a whole year, or a ticket strip, or you can just pay for maintenance and support on an hourly basis. The 10-part ticket entitles you to all the work activities you request, provided they can be performed under 10 hours. Modifications and additions that require more than 10 hours work will be treated as a separate project and cannot be paid for with the ticket strip.

You can easily enter your modifications and problems into our customer system. Depending on your SLA (Service Level Agreement) and the number of purchased hours, your ticket will be handled (or solved) within 1, 24 or 48 hours at the most.

Updates & security

Security is becoming increasingly important in a world where we are more and more dependent on the internet, and where more and more people intentionally try to cause malfunctions or websites to go offline.

It therefore makes sense to not only take care of look and content, but to have your open source CMS and the associated plugins updated regularly. This fixes security leaks, the system will become faster, and sometimes you will even get new functionalities.

We gladly help you update your open source CMS. We can offer you an update service package for the following systems: Wordpress, Magento, Drupal, and eZ Publish. The frequency of the updates depends on the system and on the available updates per year.
